Wayne Hamm is Biotility’s Training and Curriculum Design Specialist, facilitating course instruction and expanding course offerings. Wayne brings a variety of experience in regulatory affairs and workplace safety, and teaching with a demonstrated history of working in the biotechnology industry. He is a strong education, research, and development professional skilled in curricula and instructional design and development, employee training, quality management systems (QMS/QA/QC), cGXP (GMP/GLP/GDP), regulatory compliance (FDA, EPA), workplace safety (OSHA, EHS), lean six sigma, process flow, education leadership, customer relationship management (CRM), learning management systems (LMS), peer mentoring, and crisis de-escalation. Wayne received his BS in Adult Education with a specialization in Education, Training and Development from Southern Illinois University, as well as his Bachelor of Industrial Management and Applied Engineering and his MA in Organizational Management at the University of Phoenix.
