Michael Cooksey

Michael Cooksey is from Orlando, Florida, and has been Biotility’s Technical Support Specialist for two years. His typical daily duties have included assisting both customers and Biotility team members with technical issues and working on projects that help Biotility grow.

Michael’s favorite part about being on the BACE team is working with such an excellent team that challenges him to do great every day. He is most excited by new problems arising so the team can come up with creative solutions to fix them.

Currently, Michael says his biggest goal is to document solutions to all technical problems to be able to streamline customers’ processes.

We asked Michael a few questions so you can get to know him better:

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

As a child I grew a fascination for space and wanted to become an astronaut. 👨‍🚀

What is your favorite travel destination, or where would you most like to travel?

Currently my favorite travel destination was Iceland, and I’m looking forward to visiting Japan at some point in the future.
