Hayley Dennison

Hayley Dennison, a Gainesville, FL native, has been a Client Services Manager at Biotility for the past year. Her main responsibilities include helping teachers and students prepare for the BACE by creating courses and sections as well as troubleshooting issues with enrollment. Her main goal is making sure she provides exceptional support to all of Biotility’s exam sites and candidates.

Hayley loves working with the BACE team because everyone has the same goal, and she finds it rewarding to see the whole team working together to make administering the BACE seamless and efficient. She also enjoys seeing how passionate teachers and candidates are about earning the BACE credential, and how overjoyed students are after passing the exam.

In the future, Hayley hopes to see herself and her department grow by improving processes and updating workflows to accomplish their goals.
