Description
Modern-day cheese makers want to produce large amounts of high quality cheese in the most economical way. In this lab, students will make cheese using several cheese-curdling enzymes to determine which enzymes work the fastest and produce the most cheese. Skills involved: pipetting accuracy and analyzing data.
