Welcome to the Biotechnician Assistant Credentialing Exam (BACE) registration page. Using the forms below Exam Sites may: 1) register their Exam Site and personnel, and 2) order exams and schedule exam dates. These steps do not need to be completed in one session, but should be completed in order and at least four (4) weeks prior to the first testing event of the year. Biotility requires Exam Sites to renew these forms each year. Please refer to the BACE Procedures Manual for full details. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting each form.

Note: These forms refer specifically to the traditional version of the BACE, in which the Practical Exam is delivered live under the supervision of a certified Skills Evaluator. If you would like to offer the Remote Testing option, in which the Practical Exam is given online via UF e-Learning, please visit the Remote Registration page. Remote Testing will be available through December 31, 2020.
