In order to coordinate a successful exam administration, Biotility must send instructional and reminder emails to Exam Site Personnel such as Site Coordinators, Exam Proctors, and Billing Contacts. Additional Proctors

Exam Sites must provide an appropriate number of Exam Proctors for the number of candidates tested. Biotility requires one (1) proctor per sixteen (16) candidates. (1-16: one proctor; 17-32: two proctors, etc.). Proctor to candidate ratio must be maintained throughout the exam.

We recommend having an additional proctor on hand to cover any proctor breaks or unexpected emergencies.

Need to add more proctors? If your testing event requires additional proctors to meet Biotility’s 1:16 proctor-to-candidate ratio, complete and submit this registration form first. You can then add any additional proctors using the Update Form available in the Site Coordinator Center.

BACE Practice Exam Course

Educators and candidates receive free access to the BACE Practice Exam. Within two weeks of completing this Exam Site Registration Form, Biotility will email instructions to the Site Coordinator explaining how to provide candidates access to the practice exam and how to provide educators access to candidate results.

Practice Exam Course data shows that candidates who attempt the practice quizzes do better than candidates that do not use the practice quizzes. Score Reports will be delivered to the Site Coordinator via Microsoft SharePoint (Guide to Retrieving Score Reports). Score Reports are uploaded to the SharePoint folder approximately 2 weeks following the approval of the exam administration report.

Exam Site Personnel (ESP) are automatically enrolled in the Reminders & Tips emails, sent every six weeks. Other individuals not directly involved with administering or proctoring the exam, such as staff and teachers, may be added here to receive Reminders & Tips emails.
