Please complete this form to schedule your free second attempt test dates for AY 25-26 Note: This form should ONLY be used to schedule second attempt exams for STUDENT candidates. For educators/administrators wishing to re-take the BACE, please visit Individual Registration

Second Attempt Scheduling

You can submit the scheduling form at any time (even before the first attempt is given)
There must be at least 20 days between the first and second attempt dates
Scheduling forms must be submitted at least 14 days before the desired second attempt date
⚠️ Not following these timelines will result in your second attempt being rescheduled

Tips

Schedule your second attempt as soon as you know the date — you don’t need your candidate list yet
Submit your candidate names to Biotility CS 1 week before the scheduled attempt for manual enrollment
