Exam Site Registration allows both new and returning sites to confirm site details and designate personnel for exam administration, and is required for all participating exam sites. This process must be completed annuallyat least six weeks prior to testing. Check the BACE Calendar for other key Site Registration deadlines.

Please Note: You must register your site for the 2025 – 2026 academic year before placing an order, even if you were an exam site in previous years.
This form may be completed multiple times per academic year, specifically any time an Exam Site wishes to update information provided during Exam Site Registration.

To place a first attempt order after the six-week deadline has passed, submit an Expedited Order Request. Requests must be made at least two weeks before the testing event. A $425.00 fee will apply.
All requests are subject to availability and Biotility’s review and approval process.
Exam sites should submit an Accommodation Request for any candidate who requires testing accommodations. Requests are required at least two weeks in advance of testing date but should be submitted as early as possible to allow sufficient processing time. The accommodation form will guide you through the necessary details and documentation.

Use the Report an Issue form for any concerns before, during, or after the exam, including security issues, name changes, missing exam site reports or credentials, technical problems, or other exam-related matters. Forms submitted through the Action Center begin processing within one business day, but may take anywhere from three business days to two weeks to complete. Each form includes estimated turnaround times.
