Biotility Appoints New Members to National Advisory Board

Biotility is excited to welcome four new members to our National Advisory Board. The newly appointed members are Susan D’Costa, Chief Technical and Commercial Officer at Genezen; Siavosh Naji-Talakar, PharmD, PhD candidate at Washington State University’s College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences; Linda Reuter, Senior IRB Director at the Biomedical Research Association of New York (BRANY); and Bryn Tolchinsky, Senior Scientist at Lilly.

Biotility’s National Advisory Board provides industry guidance to ensure our credentialing exams and workforce professional development initiatives align with workplace and hiring needs. Members provide perspective and expertise on career-aligned competencies and skills to ensure credential and program integrity.

The National Advisory Board provides critical oversight and direction on:

  • Industry workforce trends and hiring needs
  • Strategic partnerships and collaboration with industry and education partners
  • Annual review and approval of credentialing exams, including:
    • Standards alignment
    • Question relevancy and accuracy
    • Consistent level of difficulty

The new appointees join eight existing board members who have been instrumental in supporting the advancement of Biotility’s mission to build a strong biotechnology workforce and strengthen pathways from education to bioscience careers. With their involvement, Biotility can ensure we continue to provide high-quality credentialing and professional development opportunities and resources for industry professionals and educators.
