As an Exam Item Reviewer, you will play a key role in upholding the quality and integrity of the Closed System Processing Technician credentialing program. Your expertise will help shape a reliable assessment experience for professionals seeking to validate their skills and advance their careers.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and skilled reviewer to review developed Closed System Processing Technician exam items for content accuracy, verify that referenced materials appropriately support each item, and ensure alignment with industry standards.

What You Will Do
  • Attend a training session to learn Biotility’s item review procedures.
  • Utilize Biotility’s secure, cloud-based item platform to review and manage items efficiently.
  • Complete review assignments promptly upon receipt, adhering to provided timelines.
  • Participate in item review meetings with Biotility Project Manager(s) to finalize your submissions.
  • Incorporate feedback and make revisions promptly following review meetings.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with closed systems (eg, isolators, glove boxes, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of closed systems, including equipment, workflows, safety practices, and regulatory expectations.
  • Ability to evaluate whether an exam item accurately reflects real-world practice and required competencies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (eg, CGMP, FDA regulations, HIPAA).

  • Analytical & critical thinking skills.
  • Assessment & item review skills.
Compensation

This project offers $500 per assignment, which includes the review of up to 50 developed items.

Before starting work, selected consultants must complete the UF Supplier Application to become an approved vendor. Biotility and UF’s Procurement Services are available to help throughout the application process. Once assignments are completed, consultants must submit an invoice for payment, which will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
