Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, excluding official office closures. Check the BACE Calendar for holiday dates and other key deadlines.

Forms submitted through the Action Center begin processing within one business day, but may take anywhere from three business days to two weeks to complete. Each form includes estimated turnaround times.
