Selena graduated a year early from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC, majoring in Biology and minoring in Psychology. She also played lacrosse during her three years there. Over the summers, Selena volunteered for the local sea turtle patrol and assisted in genetic testing for the nests they surveyed. She is now in the process of joining the US Coast Guard, where she will be a marine science technician.
