Know your ABCs: Applications of Biotechnology for the Classroom

This week-long (40-hour) program is designed for educators who are (or will be) teaching Biotechnology courses, Project Lead the Way’s Biomedical Science curriculum, or any science course in which biotechnology concepts and techniques may be integrated. Team-taught by Biotility instructors and master Biotechnology teachers, this course presents a variety of vetted lessons for use in the classroom.  The lessons are aligned to standards at the state and national levels, and are for use with students of varying skill levels.  The course also provides a refresher on the aspects of working in a regulated environment, including an overview of departmental roles and career applications.
